In Vancouver<\/strong>, a psychiatrist reported that the patient\u2014known only as \u201cGeorge<\/strong>\u201d to protect his privacy\u2014suffered from debilitating OCD<\/strong>, washing his hands hundreds of times a day. Unable to attend school or keep a job, he lived in isolation.
